Secure Payment Terms

These Secure Payment Terms describe the conditions under which donations are processed through Maksekeskus AS.

 

1. General Information

Donations made through this website are processed by Maksekeskus AS (registry code 12268475), which ensures the secure and correct handling of payments. All payments are made in a secure payment environment outside the congregation’s website.

Maksekeskus AS is a licensed payment institution regulated by the laws of Estonia and the European Union.

 

2. Payment Methods

Donations can be made using the following payment methods:

  • bank links of Estonian banks

  • Visa and Mastercard card payments

  • international cards (if supported by the issuing bank)

All payments are processed in an encrypted and secure environment.

 

3. Nature of the Donation

A donation is a voluntary financial contribution to support the activities of the Pärnu Congregation of the Estonian Christian Pentecostal Church and the purchase of a church building. A donation is not considered the purchase of goods or services, and no sales contract is concluded when making a donation.

Therefore, the 14‑day right of withdrawal does not apply, except in cases where the payment was made by mistake or where required by law.

 

4. Refund of Donations

Donations are non‑refundable. Exceptions apply if:

  • the payment was made by mistake (incorrect amount, duplicate payment, etc.)

  • a refund is required by law

5. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data entered when making a donation is processed in accordance with the congregation’s Privacy Policy. Maksekeskus AS processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy terms: https://maksekeskus.ee

 

6. Security

Maksekeskus AS uses the following security measures when processing payments:

  • secure encryption protocols

  • strong authentication

  • fraud prevention measures

The congregation does not see or process the donor’s card details.
