This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and storage of personal data. The controller responsible for processing personal data is the Pärnu Congregation of the Estonian Christian Pentecostal Church (hereinafter: the Controller).

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. 1.3. Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and securely. 1.4. A donation is not a purchase‑sale transaction, and the 14‑day right of withdrawal does not apply, except in cases of mistaken payment or where required by law.
2. Personal Data Collected
The Controller may collect the following personal data:
- first and last name
- email address
- telephone number
- data related to the donation or payment
- IP address
- cookie information
- personal identification code (only if the donor wishes to receive an income tax refund)
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Personal data is used for:
- processing donations
- communicating with donors
- fulfilling accounting obligations
- enabling income tax deductions as provided by law
- ensuring website functionality and statistical analysis
- sending information about congregation activities (only with consent)
- securely mediating payments via Maksekeskus AS
4. Retention of Personal Data
Personal data is retained as follows:
- accounting data for 7 years (as required by law)
- email correspondence for up to 3 years
- marketing‑related data until consent is withdrawn
- data related to income tax refunds according to statutory deadlines
5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
Personal data may be transferred to:
- the payment service provider Maksekeskus AS
- the accounting service provider
- IT service providers
- the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (for income tax deduction reporting)
6. Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the right to:
- access their personal data
- request rectification or deletion
- restrict processing
- withdraw consent
- lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate
